MY PASSWORDS MANAGER

Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

By downloading, installing, or using My Passwords Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

My Passwords Manager is developed and published by Erkan Molla (the "Developer").

1. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is the core principle behind My Passwords Manager. The App is built to be fully offline and requires no internet connection to function.

What we do NOT collect:
  • No personal information, usage data, or analytics are ever collected.
  • No data is transmitted to the Developer or any third party.
  • No advertising identifiers, crash reports, or diagnostics are sent externally.
  • The App does not require an internet connection and does not make network requests.
What stays on your device:
  • All passwords and credentials you store remain exclusively on your device.
  • If you choose to use Google Drive backup, your encrypted data is stored in your own personal Google Drive account only — the Developer has no access to it.
  • Encryption and decryption happen entirely on-device.

2. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted form on your Android device's local storage. Encryption is applied before storage, meaning your data is protected even if your device is accessed by others.

Optional cloud backup to Google Drive stores only the already-encrypted data file. The Developer has no access to your Google Drive or its contents.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your master password. The Developer cannot recover your master password or your data if it is lost. There is no password reset mechanism, by design, to protect your privacy.

3. Your Data & Your Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all data you store in the App. The Developer makes no claim to your data.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Remembering your master password — it cannot be recovered if lost.
  • Maintaining backups of your encrypted data in case of device loss or failure.
  • The accuracy and security of the information you store.

The Developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from a forgotten master password, device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that:

  • The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • The App will meet every user's requirements or expectations.
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected in a particular timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or loss of business opportunity.

Installation and use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

My Passwords Manager, including its source code, design, graphics, and all associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Erkan Molla and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App in any manner.

6. Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version published on the App's Play Store listing and/or within the App itself.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey.

8. Contact

If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding these Terms or the App, please contact the Developer at:
